Digital user authentication

If you require it, I will digitally verify your customer's identity with a selfie and a photo of the ID. (Users no longer need to send you photos of their IDs in an email)

Did the user pay the deposit for the accommodation? Great, now just send him the information on how to reach you.

24/7 access to the property

The guest identifies themselves at the property entrance using their phone number.
So your tenant doesn't even need to have a smartphone with internet to get in at any time. Logically, the entry password is only active for the duration of the tenancy.

Digital doorbell with camera

Is your guest unable to enter, lost the "the key" or just needs help? Just press the doorbell and you will immediately receive a notification on your phone that someone is asking for your help. You can immediately see what's going on, have a chat and remotely open the door at the touch of a button if necessary.

Noise monitoring

Airbnb hosts keeps facing this issue, where other tenants keep blaming all the noise and disturbance in the house on short-term tenants. Luckily, my package includes a noise monitor that has two cool features.

A) It monitors 24/7 noise levels and stores statistics, but it doesn't record or store other people's conversations (!) So you're covered in case someone falsely accuses you.

B) If your guest is indeed exceeding the noise level, app will ask them to quiet down with an alert on their phone.

A camera system with artificial intelligence

For public areas of the property like entrance, car park and around the building. A very advanced and intelligent camera system that can automatically detect people and cars. It is able to trigger an alarm and you can even communicate through it.

Smoking detection

If you are not allowed to smoke, the sensor will detect it much earlier than you :)

Fire and flooding

In the event of a fire or flooding it will alert you and your guests.

Temperature and humidity

For the maximum comfort of your guests, but also for safety and damage prevention, I include both sensors in the package. And of course there are digital thermostatic heads on the heater that allow remote temperature/air conditioning control from anywhere.

Wifi signal strength

Non-functioning or slow wifi is definitely not worth a bad review. People today are more sensitive to bad wifi than ever. My sensors will detect slow or broken wifi before your guest has a chance to complain online.

Open door and window sensor

Small and sleek open door and window sensors have saved the day more than once. They are a safety insurance for both you and your guests.
